Dear Mr. Schoenberg:
In connection with your recent communication
dated October forth and the copy of your letter to Mr.
Mitropoulos, we noticed that you have a full set of parts
of your work with corrections made by you. It will not
only be a pleasure but also an honor for me to include
your full set of parts with your recent corrections in
my rental library.
I will promote this new version and pay you
25 % of all rental fees collected for performance of this
new version. If you are agreeable to this arrangement,
would you please turn over this set of parts and score
and assure me that you will not rent this material out
yourself at the same time because it would be contrary
to policies that the same material is being supplied
to performing societies by two different sources.
